Coach Jones is currently a Physical Educator and Head Baseball Coach at Leesville Road High School.  He has been around baseball his whole life due to the fact that his father was a baseball coach and athletic director in North Carolina for over 30 years.  His father won a state championship in 1996. 

 

Coach Jones has coached multiple summer league teams and started his career at his old High School, Rockingham County.  This was his first year as the Head Coach of Leesville Road High School and his previous two years he was the Head JV Coach/Varsity Assistant Coach at Leesville Road High School. 

 

He has coached multiple players in High School that are successful on the college level now.  He is excited to be a part of the Tarboro River Bandits!
